VAIKOBI SHARK ISLAND SPRINT RACE

AS PART OF THE

NORTH AUSTRALIAN WING RACING NATIONALS 

The Shark Island Sprint Race is an inclusive and fun Wingfoil race that will see wingfoilers take flight from Rose Bay to Shark Island and back on Sydney Harbour.

The event coincides with Australian Wingfoil Nationals, however does not contribute points towards the national regatta. 

The event will take place on either the Saturday or Sunday, conditions dependant. 

It's free to enter, but you will have to hold a current Kiteboarding Australia membership. If you are not already a member, you can join here.

Conditions and Course

• The race will take place from Rose Bay and out around the iconic Shark Island on Sydney Harbour. 
• Woollahra Sailing Club is located on the iconic Sydney Harbour. With consistent winds in summer, this location is bound to deliver!

 
Eligibility

• The Wing Foil Nationals are open to Kiteboarding Australia current financial members. 
• We encourage all to participate in this fun and inclusive event.
