Description: 

The course is fun & interactive; you will get an opportunity to spend time at the beach in real-life practical situations while learning the critical information needed to teach beginner wingers safely.

The aim of the Level 1 ITC course is to produce good, competent, keen and professional Wing Foiling instructors. The emphasis of the course is around safety, communication skills, professional attitude and conduct as an ambassador for the sport of Winging. It is a comprehensive and up-to-date ITC which includes the entire Wing Foiling teaching scheme and career path.

The instructor course is a unique opportunity to learn new skills, open a new career pathway, improve your own winging level or simply make yourself more comfortable showing mates how to wing.

Course Duration

The duration of the course depends on previous instructor qualifications. If you have either a kiteboarding, windsurfing or sailing instructor qualification, you may be eligible to complete the course in 2 days. 

New Instructor - 4 days
Existing Instructor (kitesurfing, windsurfing or sailing) - 2 days

Accreditation Requirements

Candidates must also hold:

• A valid powerboating qualification
• A valid First Aid qualification or equivalent
• A valid Kiteboarding Australia Membership
• Current Working With Children Check
• Candidates must also possess an adequate level of riding skills.

New Instructor - Wing Instructor Course (4 Day): $1020.21 including booking fee 
Existing Instructor - Wing Instructor Course (2 Day): $600
