Core Big Air Nationals Augusta 2025/26

The Core Big Air Nationals 2026 are proudly part of the National Big Air Series and are set to take place in Augusta, Western Australia. The event will take place over two consecutive days, from 30th Jan - 15th Feb 2026, depending on the wind forecast, and will include a competition and activities for the community. The exact event dates will be announced up to 3 days before the event to ensure the most suitable conditions.

Registrations

Early Bird 

• $110 Full KA Adult Members (plus booking and merchant fee). 
• $80 Full KA Junior Members (plus booking and merchant fee). 
• $185 Adult None KA Members, including one-day event insurance licence, (plus booking and merchant fee). 

Valid until 11:59pm Friday 4th January 2026

Full KA Members 

• $130 Adults (plus booking and merchant fee) - Nationals Competitor 
• $100 Juniors (plus booking and merchant fee) - Nationals Competitor 
• Juniors are covered under Family Membership or a separate Junior Membership. If you are not a Family Members of KA and need to sign up your child for Junior Membership. 

Non-KA Member (including event insurance licence) 

• • $205 Adults (plus booking and merchant fee) - Nationals Competitor 
  • $175 Juniors (plus booking and merchant fee) - Nationals Competitor
  • If you are not a Kiteboarding Australia Member, you can still enter the event as an Event Only Member. One-day event licence fees which cover you for the whole event are $75 which are included in the registration fee. Sign up for Membership and select the free Event Membership option.

Eligibility

• The Kiteboarding Australia Big Air Nationals are open to Kiteboarding Australia current financial members. You must also be an Australian resident or hold a current long term Australian visa for three or more consecutive years.
• Please Note: For amateur and international categories, everybody is welcome - regardless of age or residency status.
• International competitors sign up to the International category.

Conditions - Augusta is one of the premier flat water spots for kiteboarding in Australia, roughly 300km South of Perth. With consistent and strong winds in summer, this location is bound to deliver for the second Big Air Nationals in Australia!
