Your Kiteboarding Australia membership includes Public Liability Insurance. KA works closely with insurance broker Howden to bring you the best policy premiums possible for the Kiteboarding Australia National Insurance Program.

Once fully completed — including being signed by your consulting doctor — email it in PDF format to gm@kiteboardingaus.com. Please note: photographs of the form are not acceptable.
