KA SCHOOL MEMBERSHIPS

KA School Membership was first offered in 2015 and we received extensive feedback both from the schools who took it up and school owners or instructors who were interested in the program.

The feedback focused on the necessity of:

  • allowing for transient instructors;
  • options for schools that do not want insurance but do want recognition; and
  • commercial value of any accreditation.

Our program now offers a host of different services to cater for different sizes of schools and address their needs.

There are 5 Memberships on offer:

  • Light = Accreditation only – no insurance coverage
  • Small = Accreditation and insurance for a small school
  • Standard = Accreditation and insurance for a medium-sized school
  • Large = Accreditation and insurance for a large-sized school
  • Super Large = Accreditation and insurance for a Super large-sized school

You can determine your school size from the below table. Your school size will be determined by whichever is greater of income from lessons per annum and student hours taught per annum.

School Size

Income from Lessons per annum

Student Hours Taught per Annum (=Annual total instructor hours multiplied by usual lesson size)
